1. General Information Welcome to The LAB Fitness Studio ("the Studio"). By enrolling in or participating in any of our personal training sessions, fascial stretch therapy, or group fitness classes, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully as they outline your rights and responsibilities as a client.
2. Services Offered The Studio provides the following services:

Personal Training: Customized fitness programs designed to meet individual goals.

Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST): A specialized treatment to improve flexibility, mobility, and overall well-being.

Group Fitness Classes: Instructor-led classes focusing on various fitness disciplines and levels.
3. Client Responsibilities 3.1. Health and Medical Clearance: Clients must ensure they are physically and medically fit to participate in fitness activities and treatments. It is the client’s responsibility to disclose any medical conditions, injuries, or limitations prior to starting any program or session.
3.2. Attire and Equipment: Clients must wear appropriate workout attire and footwear to all sessions. The Studio provides necessary equipment for group classes; however, personal equipment may be required for certain programs.
3.3. Attendance and Punctuality: Clients are expected to arrive on time for all scheduled sessions. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session without refund or rescheduling.
4. Scheduling and Cancellation Policy 4.1. Appointments and Bookings: All sessions must be scheduled in advance through our booking system, website, or by contacting the Studio directly.
4.2. Cancellation Policy: Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in a full charge for the session.
4.3. Group Fitness Classes: Reservations are required for group classes. Failure to cancel at least 12 hours before the class will result in a forfeited session or applicable charge.
5. Payments and Refunds 5.1. Payments: Payment for services must be made in advance or at the time of booking. We accept credit cards, debit cards, and other approved payment methods.
5.2. Refunds: All sales are final. Refunds are not provided for unused sessions or classes. Exceptions may be made in the case of medical emergencies with appropriate documentation.
5.3. Packages and Expiration: Pre-purchased packages have an expiration date, which will be disclosed at the time of purchase. Unused sessions within a package will not be refunded or extended unless approved by management.
6. Code of Conduct Clients are expected to behave respectfully toward staff and other clients. Harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in termination of services without refund.
7. Liability Waiver By participating in any program or activity at the Studio, clients acknowledge and accept that fitness activities involve inherent risks, including injury or medical complications. The Studio and its staff are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses sustained during participation. Clients are encouraged to have their own health insurance coverage.
8. Privacy and Data Protection The Studio values client privacy. Personal information collected during the registration or booking process will be used solely for administrative and communication purposes. We do not share your information with third parties without your consent.
9. Amendments The Studio reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email or through announcements at the Studio.
